As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our restaurants run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational excellence. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Train and develop frontline staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the regional management team to implement and maintain company-wide standards and best practices.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant improvement plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve restaurant performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the foodservice industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant restaurant management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Jollibee brand and its operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
