📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Prepare sales reports and present findings to the management team.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products.,Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure our sales team remains ahead of the curve.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the automotive or spare parts industry is a plus.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
