• Oversee the day-to-day security operations of our luxury premises, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
• Implement and manage comprehensive security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and emergency preparedness.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other security stakeholders to maintain a secure environment.
• Provide security training and awareness programs for staff and guests.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing security operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
