Sentral Lestari Kebab is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. If you are passionate about HR and eager to learn, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as leave management and payroll.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Conduct orientation programs for new hires and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
