📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Manage and train logistics staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proven track record of managing logistics operations effectively.
