📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough credit evaluations of borrowers to assess their creditworthiness and risk profile,Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to make informed decisions,Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements,Monitor credit portfolios and provide regular reports on credit performance and risk exposure,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage credit risk and support decision-making processes,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit evaluation and financial risk management,Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to ensure the continued development and success of the credit evaluation team,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall financial health and performance of the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field,5-7 years of experience in credit evaluation and financial risk assessment,Strong knowledge of credit scoring models, risk management techniques, and regulatory requirements,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as Excel, Bloomberg, or other relevant applications,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Professional certification in credit evaluation or financial risk management is a plus
