In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to trainers,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training personnel as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
