📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective inventory control.,Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to meet production and sales requirements.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment.,Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering processes to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.
