📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to transform rural areas into agropolitan hubs, focusing on sustainable agriculture and economic development.
• Coordinate with local governments, farmers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and community engagement.
• Oversee the planning and development of agropolitan zones, including infrastructure, supply chains, and value-added processing facilities.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with sustainability and economic goals.
• Leverage data analytics and GIS tools to optimize land use and resource allocation.
• Foster partnerships with local businesses, NGOs, and international organizations to expand the reach of agropolitan initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Represent Green Harvest Agro Development at industry events and conferences to promote agropolitan development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in rural development, agricultural project management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale agricultural projects or similar initiatives.
• Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture practices and agropolitan development principles.
• Proficiency in GIS and data analytics tools such as QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Bangka Belitung.
