📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the store manager to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
