📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Manage risk and compliance, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the branch's digital presence and customer experience.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams to drive overall business performance and growth.
• Represent OCBC Bank at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the branch remains competitive and relevant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Consumer Financial Services, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance, with relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is a plus.
