As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Manage the company's accounting and bookkeeping functions.,Oversee the company's payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and laws.
