📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet customer preferences and trends.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies to ensure cost efficiency and availability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Work closely with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies for the restaurant.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving kitchen efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
