📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with the company's vision and customer preferences.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of performance and hygiene.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in cost control and budgeting for kitchen supplies and operations.,Lead and participate in kitchen meetings and staff training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high food quality standards.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Possession of a relevant culinary degree or certification is a plus.
