📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.
