Moon New Nusantara is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Support the HR manager in various HR projects and tasks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and NPWP (Tax Identification Number).
