📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Manage inventory and ordering to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track business performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
