📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing all aspects of a specific department, including budgeting, planning, and execution of departmental goals.,Managing and leading a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them achieve their best performance.,Ensuring that all departmental operations comply with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on departmental performance and progress.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.,Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters diversity and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience in managing a team and driving departmental performance is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
