📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve outstanding performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize sales.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services effectively.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
