As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome all visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Assist in training and mentoring junior receptionists.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality environment is a plus.
