📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Support production planning and scheduling activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
• Support the training and development of junior staff members.
• Contribute to the achievement of operational and financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software such as SAP, ERP, or MES systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Willingness to relocate to Bogor, Jawa Barat, Indonesia.
