📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
• Manage a team of 15-20 staff, providing leadership and training to ensure high performance.
• Ensure seamless service delivery across all outlets, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Implement and monitor operational procedures to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote and grow our F&B outlets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best quality ingredients and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior operations management role in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple F&B outlets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, inventory management software, and other relevant operational tools.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
