📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit and skills.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
