CV Cendana Pancaran is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlet Staff to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success. As an Outlet Staff, you will be responsible for managing our online store, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the online store, including product listings, inventory, and order processing.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.,Ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers by resolving any issues promptly.,Update product information and images on the online store.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using online retail platforms and e-commerce tools.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software applications.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good time management and organizational skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
