Code Web Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff members in the supply chain department.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
