📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the counter with a friendly and professional manner.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized counter area.,Provide information about our laundry services and pricing.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in restocking and organizing laundry supplies.,Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma.,Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of laundry services and processes.,Familiarity with using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
