Based in Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Raya, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance strategies that align with our corporate goals.

As a Corporate Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities across our facilities. You will leverage your expertise in SAP PM and other maintenance management software to streamline processes and improve performance. With a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement, you will drive initiatives to enhance our maintenance operations and support our commitment to excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of manufacturing facilities, ensuring operational excellence.
• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance activities using SAP PM and other maintenance management software.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement maintenance strategies that align with corporate goals.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Drive initiatives to enhance maintenance operations, including sustainability and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a strong background in manufacturing and industrial settings.
• Certification in SAP PM or equivalent maintenance management software.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
