📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.
• Support our communication platforms, including email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
• Provide IT support to our team, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring system reliability.
• Collaborate with our project managers and designers to integrate technology into our projects, enhancing client experiences.
• Monitor and improve our IT infrastructure, ensuring security and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending improvements to our systems.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new IT staff, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello.
• Strong knowledge of communication platforms, including email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in ITIL or other relevant IT certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
