📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production plans to meet company goals and customer requirements.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.,Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to production teams.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and scheduling.,Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
