📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs for collection agents, focusing on improving their skills in customer communication, negotiation, and problem resolution.
• Create training modules using real-life scenarios to ensure agents are well-prepared for various situations they may encounter.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep the collection team updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve their impact on agent performance.
• Collaborate with the collections team to identify training needs and design customized programs to address specific challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services or collections environment.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train a diverse group of individuals.
• Familiarity with training tools and platforms such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
