📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product displays and ensure adherence to merchandising standards.
• Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely restocking and product availability.
• Train retail staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or a similar role in the retail or international trade industry.
• Proven track record of successful merchandising projects and sales performance improvement.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, consumer behavior, and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
