Tanggung Jawab:

• Plan, design, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that align with the national curriculum and the school's educational philosophy.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a well-rounded education for all students.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community engagements.
• Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices to enhance teaching methods.
• Promote and maintain high standards of behavior and attendance among students.
• Work closely with parents and guardians to ensure effective communication and support for students' learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young students.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid teaching certification or license, as required by Indonesian law.
