As an HR Professional Staff at CV Kuala Prima Rasa, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's HR strategy and ensuring a positive work environment. You'll work closely with the HR Director and other HR staff to implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and support the company's growth objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives.
• Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Support the HR Director in managing the HRIS system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
• Assist in organizing and executing HR-related events and training programs.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Papua and Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
