As our Information Protection Director in Bangka Belitung, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our cybersecurity strategy and leading our team to protect our clients' data from evolving cyber threats. In this executive role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive information protection policies, ensuring compliance with international standards, and driving innovation in cybersecurity to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Daily, you will oversee the development and execution of our cybersecurity roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all business processes, and lead our team of cybersecurity experts. You will also represent SecureTech Solutions Indonesia at industry conferences and events, sharing our expertise and thought leadership in cybersecurity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive information protection policies and procedures in accordance with international standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Lead the development and execution of our cybersecurity roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of security technologies and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective implementation of security measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all business processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Represent SecureTech Solutions Indonesia at industry conferences and events, sharing our expertise and thought leadership in cybersecurity.
• Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies, and drive innovation in our cybersecurity practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on information protection and risk management.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Proven track record of leading cybersecurity initiatives and driving security awareness within an organization.
• Strong understanding of international cybersecurity standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate a diverse team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
