📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze operational data using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support various departments by providing insights and recommendations to streamline operations.
• Assist in the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the PMO team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
