📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, bread, and other baked goods daily.
• Ensure all baked items meet quality standards and are presented beautifully.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food preparation.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
• Adhere to production schedules and meet daily targets.
• Maintain and clean baking equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in training new team members and supporting the overall workflow.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in baking and culinary arts, preferably in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with kitchen equipment and tools is a plus.
