📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify emerging fashion categories and customer preferences.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize product assortment and merchandising strategies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with retail teams to implement merchandising plans and ensure store layouts are aligned with customer expectations.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to drive sales and profitability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in luxury fashion retail.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion retail, merchandising, or a similar role in the luxury goods industry.
